Erica Birk-Jarvis Wins WCC Runner of the Week

Birk-Jarvis Led BYU To A Fourth-Place Finish At Pre-Nationals In Wisconsin

SAN BRUNO, Calif.  The West Coast Conference has announced its Women’s Runner of the Week for the week of October 15. 
 
WEST COAST CONFERENCE RUNNER OF THE WEEK – ERICA BIRK-JARVIS, JR., – BYU
Birk-Jarvis placed fourth in the women’s Cardinal 6K at the Pre-National Invitational this past Saturday, Oct. 13 in Madison, Wisconsin leading BYU to a fourth-place finish. She finished with a career-best time of 20:12.2. 
Birk-Jarvis was the top women’s runner for the Cougars, making it her third consecutive BYU first-place finish of the season. Birk-Jarvis was victorious over runners from No. 1 Colorado, No. 13 NC State and No. 8 Ole Miss.
