2014 WBB Academic Team
SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference is pleased to announce the 2013-14 West Coast Conference Women's Basketball All-Academic Team. The group is led by six student-athletes making their second straight appearance on the team: BYU's Kim Beeston and 2013-14 Academic All-District Selection Jennifer Hamson, Gonzaga's Sunny Greinacher, Portland's Kari Luttinen and San Diego's Sophia Ederaine and Amy Kame. For BYU seniors Beeston and Hamson, it marks their third consecutive selection to the list.
At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to her team.
