SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference has named its Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for February 25, 2019.
 
WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – YASMINE ROBINSON-BACOTE, SR., F
Yasmine Robinson-Bacote finished her home career averaging 27.5 points and 10.0 rebounds per game in a pair of wins that moved Pepperdine to it’s best home record in team history at 9-1. Robinson-Bacote scored 35 points with 11 rebounds and three assists on .705 (12-of-17) shooting in a win against Pacific before leading the team to a win against Saint Mary’s with 20 points and 7 rebounds.
 
Robinson-Bacote and the Waves have secured the team’s best finish since the 2011-12 season with the pair of wins, guaranteeing a top-4 finish in the West Coast Conference with the inside track to third overall.
