SAN MATEO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference has named its Women’s Soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week for October 4, 2021.
#WCCSPORTS OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – BRECKEN MORZINGO, SO., F – BYU
Sophomore forward Brecken Morzingo scored the first goal of the night against Gonzaga, giving the momentum to BYU. Her second goal of the match, was a left-footed bullet bending inside the right post and took the Cougar lead to 3-0.
It is the second WCC weekly honor of the season for Morzingo, who was also honored August 30.

Junior goalkeeper Brenna Crump made five saves for her fourth-straight shutout as the Tigers' blanked Loyola Marymount, 1-0 in overtime on Saturday.
It is the third WCC weekly honor for the Crump and the Tigers this season.
