SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – After a four-point day, Santa Clara's Adem Hamdaoua won University Credit Union West Coast Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week. Helping San Diego earn its fifth shutout of the campaign, Trevor Dillon won Univeristy Credit Union WCC Defensive Player of the Week.
UNIVERSITY CREDIT UNION WCC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – ADEM HAMDAOUA, SR., MF – SANTA CLARA
Hamdaoua had a hand in every goal in Santa Clara men's soccer's 3-1 victory over Saint Mary's. He tallied four points on a goal and two assists. Trailing 1-0, Hamdaoua leveled the match in the 40th minute on a set piece from 25 yards out. In the final minute before halftime, Hamdaoua assisted on the go-ahead goal by Jack Civitts to put the Broncos up, 2-1. His second assist came in the 66th minute when he blasted a shot to the upper right corner that was saved by the diving Gaels goalkeeper, but the rebound went in the back of the net. This is Santa Clara's first Conference weekly award this season.

UNIVERSITY CREDIT UNION WCC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – TREVOR DILLON, SR., D – SAN DIEGO
Dillon helped lead the Toreros defense at the center back position in the win over San Francisco. Dillon and the Toreros limited USF to just seven shots and only two on goal, including none in the first 69 minutes of the game. USD now boasts five shutouts on the year. This is USD's fourth Conference weekly award this season, and the third for defensive player of the week.
