SAN BRUNO, Calif. – LMU, who captured the 2025 WCC Beach Volleyball Tournament title, has earned a No. 4 seed in the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship and will face No. 13 seed Florida Atlantic in its opening round match on Friday at 6:00 a.m. on ESPN2.
The full 17-team NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship field was announced Sunday morning. The single-elimination tournament will begin on Friday, with the No. 16 and No. 17 seeds facing off, before a 16-team tournament gets underway that same day. The quarterfinals and semifinals are on Saturday and the championship match will be on Sunday.
The Lions are making their fifth appearance in the NCAA Championships. In last season's first-round matchup, LMU topped Hawaii, 3-1, before losing to USC by the same final score in the second round.
The entire NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship will be televised on ESPN2, except for the national championship, which will air on ESPN.
