SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Seattle U’s Jacob Crisman was named the West Coast Conference Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week for the first time after the freshman led the Redhawks at the Mike Johnson Classic.

Freshman Jacob Crisman was Seattle U’s top finisher at the Mike Johnson Classic on Saturday in Monmouth, Oregon. Racing in his first collegiate 8k, Crisman placed 22nd overall in a time of 25:41.0. This marks Crisman’s second race as a Redhawk and the second time he has been the team’s top finisher.
