Ticketholder Terms and Conditions for the Purchaser and/or Attendee:
 
This ticket is only valid for the event, date, and time issued. Coast Hotels and Casinos, Inc., its parent subsidiaries, and affiliates (“Coast”), and the West Coast Conference (“WCC”), are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or other items of personal property.

The holder of this ticket expressly agrees that: 1) the holder consents to a reasonable inspection of their personal property before entering; 2) this ticket is a revocable license, which may be revoked by Coast or WCC at any time for any reason; 3) this ticket may not be resold or offered for sale in a manner or at a price in violation of any federal, state or local law or regulations; 4) the holder agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies established by Coast and WCC. Without limiting the foregoing, the holder may not transmit, or aid in transmitting, any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event; 5) this ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Coast and WCC; 6) objects likely to endanger persons are not allowed on Coast property; 7) start time of the event is subject to change without notice; 8) Coast reserves the right to prohibit smoking in the venue; 9) no video recorders, cameras, recording devices or laser pointers are permitted in the venue and possession of same will result in denial of entry. If any person is found in possession of same inside venue, all such cameras, recording devices, film, tape, and other recording media and laser pointers would be subject to confiscation; 10) admission to the premises constitutes your agreement to be photographed, filmed, videotaped or otherwise recorded in connection with the performance and your agreement that your name, voice and likeness may be broadcast, distributed or displayed in connection with any program created from the performance without compensation being paid to you; 11) any person behaving abusively or inappropriately may be removed from the premises without refund.

THIS TICKET WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED, OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON. BAD/INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY.
TICKETS ARE PURCHASED AT RISK IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. WARNING: BALLS AND OTHER FLYING OBJECTS INTO SPECTATOR AREA CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY; BE ALERT WHEN IN SPECTATOR AREAS, INCLUDING AFTER THE STOPPAGE OF PLAY. IF INJURED, NOTIFY USHER FOR DIRECTIONS TO MEDICAL STATION. THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER OR PERSONAL INJURY AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THIS TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT, INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) THE DANGER OF BEING INJURED BY BALLS, OTHER SPECTATORS OR PLAYERS OR THROWN OBJECTS. COVID-19 (INCLUDING ANY VARIANTS THEREOF) IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND/OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE ILLNESS EXISTS INHERENTLY IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE, INCLUDING THE VENUE, REGARDLESS OF PRECAUTIONS THAT MAY BE TAKEN. YOU AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES. IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE RISK OR SPREAD OF COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH (i) ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES OF THE VENUE, THE EVENT PROMOTER AND/OR PERFORMER(S) AND (ii) ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL HEALTH AND SAFETY DIRECTIVES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE USE OF FACEMASKS, TEMPERATURE CHECKS, MEDICAL SCREENING, PROOF OF NEGATIVE COVID TEST AND/OR VACCINATION. COAST, WCC, THEIR OFFICERS, PLAYERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY THE HOLDER FROM CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.
