SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference is pleased to announce the 2016 West Coast Conference Men's Soccer All-Academic Team. This season, 15 honorees turned in a GPA of 3.5 or higher and five posted a 3.75 GPA or better.
Five members find themselves on the All-Academic team for the second consecutive time in Loyola Marymount's Mark Dotseth, Portland's Conor Johnston, Saint Mary's Lukas Isaacson, San Francisco's Davi Ramos and Satna Clara's Kyle Schumann. Dotseth is making his third appearance on the WCC All-Academic team.
At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average while also being a significant contributor to her team.
