SAN MATEO, Calif. – The final WCC men's soccer weekly honors of the 2022 season were announced by the Conference on Monday. LMU's Noel Caliskan won University Credit Union WCC Offensive Player of the Week, his first weekly honor this season after a strong effort in the Lions' season finale. San Diego's Jason Dubrovich was tabbed UCU WCC Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season, after recording a 1-0 shutout on Saturday helping the Toreros win the WCC title. 
 
UCU WCC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – NOEL CALISKAN, SR., MF – LMU
In LMU's final match of the regular season, Caliskan was a major contributor to each of the Lions' goals in their 3-0 shutout victory over Gonzaga. He was credited with two assists on each of LMU's first two goals. In the second half, Caliskan tallied the final goal of the game, successfully converting on a penalty kick.

UCU WCC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – JASON DUBROVICH, SR., GK – SAN DIEGO
Dubrovich came up big to lead San Diego to the WCC regular season championship. He made a season-high seven saves in USD's 1-0 victory over the Dons. This was Dubrovich's seventh shutout this season and his effort in goal allowed him to reach 59 saves on the year, ranking second in the WCC.
