WSU's Longisa Once Again Wins West Coast Conference Women's Cross Country Runner Of The Week

Longisa finished third at the Nuttycombe Invitational

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Running against some of the top competitors in the nation, Washington State's Rosemary Longisa won West Coast Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the second time this season.

In an elite national field, Rosemary Longisa finished third at the Nuttycombe Invitational in Madison, Wisc. The event featured 21 of the teams ranked into the top 30 in the nation. Longisa crossed the finish line at 19:39.2. The finish was her fourth top-3 finish in four events this season. Longisa helped No. 27 WSU to a 14th place finish as a team. The Cougars now own three conference weekly awards this season.
