Portland freshman guard Joel Foxwell is this week's featured guest on the Field of 68's West Coast Conference Insider podcast. Foxwell is coming off a week that saw the Pilot earn West Coast Conference Men's Basketball Co-Freshman of the Week, the fifth time this season he has collected at least a share of the honor. In the 90-89 overtime victory against Pacific, Foxwell erupted for a season-high 27 points and dished out seven assists while drilling five of six three-pointers. The freshman is one of five players in Division I to average at least 14 points and seven assists and leads all freshmen in the nation in assists at 7.2 per game. 

The West Coast Conference currently boasts six programs in the top 120 in the NET rankings - No. 6 Gonzaga, No. 30 Saint Mary's, No. 51 Santa Clara, No. 103 San Francisco, No. 119 Seattle U and No. 120 Pacific.
