SAN BRUNO, Calif. - The WCC's fall All-Access video streaming package gets going this week with three conference matches. Kicking off the fall package is the Pepperdine at Gonzaga volleyball match on Thursday, Oct. 4th at 7:00 PM. Later in the week, Portland men's soccer plays at USF on Friday, Oct. 5th, and in volleyball, Santa Clara travels to San Francisco. | Preview: This will be the 41st meeting between Gonzaga University and Pepperdine University. The Waves are 37-3 all-time against Gonzaga and have won 20 in a row, including 10 straight in Spokane. The last seven meetings between the two schools have all been 3-0 sweeps for Pepperdine. The Waves are currently 9-4 overall and 1-0 in the WCC while the Zags are 11-6 overall and 0-2 in the conference. Gonzaga is searching for their first WCC win of the season after falling to Saint Mary's and Santa Clara last weekend. The Waves are on a four-game winning streak including their conference home opener against Loyola Marymount. Pepperdine Players to Watch: Rachel Lumsden: Leads WCC in service aces with 0.60 and slammed down 19 kills against LMU; Julie Rubenstein leads the Waves kills with 4.27 and boasted 17 last week; Kiah Fiers is 16th in the nation and leads the WCC in assists with 12.92. Gonzaga Players to Watch: Heather Dunn: is fourth in the WCC for assists with 12.02 and tallied 47 in the 3-1 victory over Idaho; Becky Jones: ranks among the top WCC players in double-doubles with nine and posted 11 kills against Saint Mary's; Elaina Reinus: among the WCC top 15 in kills and hitting percentage, with 3.35 kills per game and a .306 clip.

| Preview: The first WCC Free All-Access men's soccer game of the season matches traditional college soccer powers Portland and San Francisco on Friday night. The match will mark the league opener for the Dons, while the Pilots will be facing their second WCC foe of the season after battling Gonzaga to a 1-1 tie last Saturday. The Pilots will look to move above .500, as UP enters Friday's match with a 3-3-2 overall mark. Portland's attack has been led by junior Alex Elliott, who has tallied four goals and three assists so far this season. Elliott has also netted the game-winning goal in two of Portland's three victories on the year. Senior Michael Gavin is the reigning WCC Player of the Week, as the defender's first goal of the season was the equalizer in Saturday's draw with the Zags. Freshman goalkeeper Austin Guerrero has played every minute in net for the Pilots, and enters the week with a conference-leading 32 saves. The Dons look to get back on track after suffering a pair of losses two weeks ago to fall to 4-3-0 on the year. Sophomore Conor Chinn has provided the scoring spark, netting a team-leading four goals and assisting on another score so far this season. Senior Daniel DeGeer and freshman Jeff Penna have also contributed in the attack, with each player scoring two goals. The goalkeeping platoon of Eric Conner and Jeremy Coupe heads up the USF defensive effort. Conner has posted a team-leading 1.19 goals against average, while Coupe currently leads the WCC with an average of 5.33 saves per contest.

The Broncos are 40-4 all-time against the Dons, including the last 34 matches in a row. Of the 21 meetings on the Hilltop in San Francisco, the Broncos lead 19-3. The Dons are currently 11-6 overall and 0-1 in the WCC while the Broncos are 10-7 overall, 2-0 in the conference. After suffering a loss in their conference-opening match against then #15 San Diego, the Dons are looking for their first WCC win of the season. Santa Clara is fresh off a 2-0 weekend with wins over Portland and Gonzaga. San Francisco Players to Watch: Kristin Hasselberg: just moved up to third on USF's career kills list with 1,376 and averages 3.92 per game; Carly Babin: third in the WCC for blocks with 1.35 per game and tallied an impressive 20 kills against CS Northridge; Brynn Mauer: fifth on WCC career digs list with 1,593 and averages 4.11 per game. Santa Clara Players to Watch: Lindsy Evans: tied her career-high 21 kills last week against Portland and averages 3.76 per game; Brittany Lowe: posted a match-high 19 kills and 17 digs against Gonzaga, recording her seventh double-double of the season; Crystal Matich: 17th in the nation, 2nd in the WCC with 12.90 assists per game.
