FINAL WCC CHAMPIONSHIP STATS 

SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- After turning in a record-setting medalist performance at the 2016 Wes Coast Conference Championship, Saint Mary's senior Jonathan De Los Reyes shared Player of the Year honors with Gonzaga senior Sean Walsh to headline the 2015-16 All-WCC men's golf team. 

Pepperdine head coach Michael Beard, the 2002 WCC medalist as a student-athlete for the Waves, captured Coach of the Year honors, while Sahith Theegala of Pepperdine collected Freshman of the Year accolades. It is the first coach of the year honor for Beard and Theegala is the fifth Wave and first since 2008 to collect top frosh recognition. 

The All-WCC first team is comprised of five senior and five underclassmen, including two freshmen. Pepperdine, Saint Mary's and Santa Clara each had two selections and seven teams had at least one representative. 

De Los Reyes and 2016 WCC Championship runner-up Seb Crookall-Nixon of San Francisco each made the first team for the third time, while Saint Mary's Perry Cohen, Santa Clara's Hayden Shieh, Walsh, Pepperdine's Frederick Wedel.
