SAN BRUNO, Calif. - The West Coast Conference is pleased to announce the 2018 West Coast Conference Beach Volleyball All-Academic Team.

This season, four student-athletes make a repeat appearance on the all-academic squad, headlined by three-time honoree Kirsten Mead of Santa Clara. With three indoor volleyball selections, Mead departs the Mission Campus with six all-time selections. Three members find themselves on the All-Academic team for the second consecutive season: Lindsey Knudsen of Saint Mary’s and Corinne Quiggle and Madalyn Roh of Pepperdine.

This season, 16 honorees turned in a GPA of 3.5 or higher and six posted a 3.75 GPA or better.

At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average while also being a significant contributor to her team.
