SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference is pleased to announce its 2019 Beach Volleyball All-Academic team, comprised of 10 student-athletes who have excelled this season both in the classroom and on the sand. 
 
Six student-athletes make repeat appearances on this year’s All-Academic squad, including two from WCC runners-up Pepperdine and Jessie Prichard of 2019 WCC champion LMU. 
 
Saint Mary’s Lindsey Knudsen and Pacific’s Alex Holt return to the All-Academic team after earning the honor in 2017 for Knudsen and 2016 and 2018 for Holt. Holt turned in a perfect 4.00 GPA this year as a graduate student. 
 
This season, 19 student-athletes turned in a 3.50 GPA while 10 registered 3.75 or above. Both are conference records. 
 
At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average while also being a significant contributor to her team.
