BYU’s Tucker Named WCC Player of the Week

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Brigham Young junior forward Cameron Tucker has been named the West Coast Conference Women’s Soccer Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.
Tucker recorded three goals and one assist for seven points in 167 minutes of action in road wins at No. 14 Kansas and Kansas State.
In the weekend-opening Top 15 victory, Tucker assisted the game-winning goal just 33 seconds into the second half with a cross that found Elise Flake for the goal. The junior then notched her first career hat trick at Kansas State beginning with her game-winning goal in the fifth minute. She scored from outside the 18-yard box in the fifth minute, off a through ball in the 48th minute, and off a cross in the 59th to give BYU a 3-0 advantage.
