SAN MATEO, Calif. – For the third straight week, Santa Clara's Izzy D'Aquila won University Credit Union WCC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week honors, while Gonzaga's Grace Courter captured Defensive Player of the Week recognition. 

This is the Broncos' third WCC weekly honor this season, and the second for the Bulldogs. 
 
UCU WCC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – IZZY D'AQUILA, SR., MF – SANTA CLARA
D'Aquila earned WCC weekly honors for the third straight week after notching her second hat trick in the last three games. It was also her third multi-goal game in the last four matches. Her efforts helped Santa Clara shut out Pacific, 3-0, last weekend.

UCU WCC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – GRACE COURTER, SO., D – GONZAGA
During Gonzaga's win over San Francisco, Courter blocked multiple shots to help preserve Gonzaga's fifth shutout of the season, including two blocked shots at the net late in the second half to seal the shutout. She also guided the Zags to their fifth straight victory, outscoring opponents, 17-1, during the streak.
