SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Santa Clara swept this week's University Credit Union WCC Baseball Players of the Week with Efrain Manzo taking Player of the Week honors and Skylar Hales winning Pitcher of the Week. This is the first time this season a team has swept the WCC's weekly accolades. 

UCU WCC BASEBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK – EFRAIN MANZO, JR., INF – SANTA CLARA
Manzo led the Broncos to a win at No. 2 Stanford and a sweep of Villanova. Against the Wildcats, he finished 7-for-10 with four doubles, a home run, four RBI and three runs scored.

UCU WCC BASEBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK – SKYLAR HALES, JR. – SANTA CLARA
Hales tossed four innings over two appearances last weekend. At No. 2 Stanford, he struck out the side in his one inning of work. Against Villanova, he earned the win with three innings of relief on Sunday, striking out nine.
