SAN BRUNO, Calif. – For the second week in a row Saint Mary's claimed two of the three West Coast Conference Baseball player of the week awards. Rawlings West Coast Conference Baseball Player of the Week went to Cody Kashimoto, while Ian Armstrong won Rawlings Freshman of the Week. San Diego picked up its first Conference weekly award as Logan Reddemann won Rawlings WCC Pitcher of the Week.  

RAWLINGS WCC BASEBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK – CODY KASHIMOTO, JR., INF – SAINT MARY'S
Cody Kashimoto finished the team's five-game week with eight hits, five runs scored and two RBI. Kashimoto was 2-for-4 with an RBI in the team's walk-off win over San Jose State and had two of the team's three hits against UNLV. Later, he went 4-for-10 with an RBI and five walks during the Utah Tech series. This is the second straight week Saint Mary's won this award.

RAWLINGS WCC BASEBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK – LOGAN REDDEMANN, SO. – SAN DIEGO
Logan Reddemann dominated against a top-10 ranked team last Saturday, throwing six shutout innings at No. 8 Oregon State. Reddemann scattered six hits in his outing against the Beavers, walked none and struck out seven as he stranded six runners to keep the home team off the board. This is USD's first Conference weekly award this season.

RAWLINGS WCC BASEBALL FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK – IAN ARMSTRONG, FR., P – SAINT MARY'S
Ian Armstrong batted .273 during the team's five-game week with three hits, a double, a triple and his first collegiate home run. Armstrong connected on a two-run shot to right field to put the Gaels up 8-0 in the series finale with Utah Tech. This is the second straight week Saint Mary's won this award.
