SCU And LMU Claim WCC Men's Tennis Weekly Honors

SAN MATEO, Calif. – Guillaume Dalmasso of Santa Clara was named the WCC Men’s Tennis Singles Player of the Week, while Toky Ranaivo and Jose Dominguez Alonso of LMU were named the WCC Men’s Tennis Doubles Team of the Week. These are the first WCC weekly honors this season for both Santa Clara and LMU. 

#WCCSPORTS SINGLES PLAYER OF THE WEEK – GUILLAUME DALMASSO – SANTA CLARA
Guillaume Dalmasso went 2-0 last week, helping the Broncos win a pair of matches. Dalmasso defeated James Watt of Saint Mary's 6-2, 6-3 in SCU's 4-1 WCC win on Saturday, following a 6-1, 6-4 victory over Aleska Mardjonovic.

#WCCSPORTS DOUBLES TEAM OF THE WEEK – TOKY RANAIVO AND JOSE DOMINGUEZ ALONSO  – LMU
No. 2 Toky Ranaivo and Jose Dominguez won three straight matches against DePaul (6-2), Dartmouth (6-0), and WCC Rival No. 22 ranked Pepperdine (7-5).
