SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – For the second time this season, and the first time since the opening week of the season, Pepperdine swept the University Credit Union West Coast Conference Women's Tennis Players of the Week. Savannah Broadus captured UCU WCC Women's Tennis Singles Player of the Week honors, and Broadus was also part of the UCU WCC Doubles Team of the Week with her partner Janice Tjen.
UCU WCC SINGLES PLAYER OF THE WEEK – SAVANNAH BROADUS, So. – PEPPERDINE
No. 16 Savannah Broadus won all three of her matchups during the ITA National Team Indoor Championships, highlighted by a straight-set win over No. 12 Abby Forbes of North Carolina 7-5, 6-3, and another top-100 win on Sunday over Auburn's Kaitlyn Carnicella, 6-3, 6-0. On Saturday, her victory helped Pepperdine beat No. 7 Virginia. This is the first weekly honor of the season for Broadus, and the second Player of the Week award for the Waves on the year.

UCU WCC DOUBLES TEAM OF THE WEEK – SAVANNAH BROADUS/JANICE TJEN – PEPPERDINE
Fourth-ranked Broadus and Tjen responded with a pair of wins on Saturday and Sunday over No. 7 Virginia and No. 13 Auburn. In Sunday's match against Auburn, the reigning ITA All-Americans shut out the eighth-ranked doubles team in the country from Auburn, 6-0. The pair is now 4-1 this dual season together, and this is the tandem's second WCC weekly honor of the season.
