SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Picking up a victory on the No. 1 court against No. 21 USC, Edward Winter from Pepperdine won West Coast Conference Men's Tennis Singles Player of the Week. Darius Tamaddon and Cesar Cruz from LMU won West Coast Conference Doubles Team of the Week and Sam Simmonds from Saint Mary's won West Coast Conference Freshman of the Week.
WEST COAST CONFERENCE SINGLES PLAYER OF THE WEEK – EDWARD WINTER, JR. – PEPPERDINE
Edward Winter earned a straight-set singles win for the Waves on the top court against No. 21 USC. This is Winter's first conference weekly award this season and Pepperdine now owns five conference weekly awards overall this season.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE DOUBLES TEAM OF THE WEEK – DARIUS TAMADDON, SR., CESAR CRUZ, SO., LMU
The Lions duo picked up a pair of wins in their first matches together. They won 6-2 on Friday against UC Davis before collecting another 6-4 win on Sunday over Utah State. LMU won both of the team matches, as well. This is the first time LMU has earned doubles team of the week accolades and the Lions now own four conference weekly awards overall this season.

Sam Simmonds improved to 3-1 in doubles play after a 5-2 win over Fresno Pacific on Friday. This is the first conference weekly award for Saint Mary's this season.
