SAN BRUNO, Calif. – For the third time in the last four weeks, Odhi Vasquez from Saint Mary's won West Coast Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week. Propelling Pacific to a sweep over Santa Clara led Olivia Silvestre to win West Coast Conference Softball Player of the Week.
WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – OLIVIA SILVESTRE, SR., OF – PACIFIC
Olivia Silvestre batted .364 (4-for-11) during Pacific's sweep over Santa Clara last weekend. Silvestre recorded three doubles, including two in the series opener. She also homered during Saturday's 6-3 win, giving her a slugging percentage of .909 for the week. This is the Tigers' first conference weekly award this season.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE PITCHER OF THE WEEK – ODHI VASQUEZ, SR. – SAINT MARY'S
Odhi Vasquez was clutch during the sweep over Oregon State. Vasquez earned a complete-game win with an eight-strikeout performance on Friday. She later closed out games two and three, including her fifth save of the season on Saturday. Vasquez struck out 10 batters total over the weekend, allowing just three earned runs in 9.2 innings of work. The Gaels now own eight conference weekly awards this season.
