SAN BRUNO, Calif. – San Diego won two of the West Coast Conference's Volleyball weekly awards with Nemo Beach claiming West Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week - for the third time this season - and Kylie Munday winning West Coast Conference Setter of the Week for the second time in 2025. Mya Allen from Saint Mary's won West Coast Conference Freshman of the Week and Pepperdine's Irelynd Lorenzen claiming West Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week.
WEST COAST CONFERENCE OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – NEMO BEACH, JR., OH – SAN DIEGO
Nemo Beach paced San Diego to two more wins last weekend. She totaled 36 kills (5.14 K/S) while hitting .326 during key home wins over Portland and Oregon State, also adding three service aces. Beach tallied 13 kills (4.33 K/S) and two service aces while hitting .375 in Thursday night's sweep of the Pilots. She later collected 23 kills (5.75 K/S) and another service ace while hitting .300 last Saturday in the 3-1 win over Oregon State.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – IRELYND LORENZEN, JR., MB – PEPPERDINE
Irelynd Lorenzen garnered a career high with nine total blocks in last weekend's sweep against Washington State. Three of her blocks were solos, which was one shy of her career high. She also finished with four kills and two assists, the latter of which was her season best. Pepperdine now owns three conference player of the week awards this season.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK – MYA ALLEN, FR., OH – SAINT MARY'S
Mya Allen finished with a team-high 31 kills in the two Saint Mary's wins over Pacific and Santa Clara last weekend. Allen finished second on the team with 15 against Pacific along with two aces and seven digs. She followed that by leading the Gaels with 16 kills, five digs and five blocks, which was a career high in the win over the Broncos. This is the first conference weekly award for Saint Mary's in 2025.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE SETTER OF THE WEEK – KYLIE MUNDAY, SO., S – SAN DIEGO
Kylie Munday totaled 82 assists (11.71 A/S), 21 digs (3.00 D/S), six blocks, five kills, and four service aces in victories over Portland and Oregon State last weekend. Munday, who recorded a double-double in both matches, helped the Toreros hit .297 in that span, allowing the Toreros to record 105 kills while committing only 31 attack errors. Munday began her week with 31 assists (10.33 A/S) 11 digs, three blocks, two kills and a service ace in a sweep over the Pilots. She later amassed 51 assists (12.75 A/S) in only four sets in the 3-1 win over Oregon State. She also added 10 digs, three blocks, three service aces and three kills against the Beavers. This marks the 10th conference weekly award for San Diego this season.
