SAN BRUNO, Calif. – For the second straight week, Pepperdine swept this week's Heluva Good Dip West Coast Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week awards. Alexia Harmon won Heluva Good Dip WCC Women's Tennis Singles Player of the Week. Harmon was a two-time winner this week as she and Anastasiia Grechkina captured Heluva Good Dip WCC Women's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week for the second straight week.
Pepperdine now owns seven Conference weekly awards this season. The Waves have swept the Conference weekly awards three times in 2025.
HELUVA GOOD DIP WCC SINGLES PLAYER OF THE WEEK – ALEXIA HARMON, FR. – PEPPERDINE
Alexia Harmon was the only Wave to go 2-0 on the road at Rice and No. 2 Texas A&M last week. Both of her wins were in straight sets, extending her team-best win streak to six matches. She beat Allison Zipoli of Rice 6-1, 6-4, and then picked up her second ranked win with a 6-1, 6-4 victory over No. 125 Daria Smetannikov from the Aggies. This is the third time this season Pepperdine has won Conference Singles Player of the Week.

HELUVA GOOD DIP WCC DOUBLES TEAM OF THE WEEK – ALEXIA HARMON, FR., AND ANASTASIIA GRECHKINA, FR., PEPPERDINE
The freshman duo from Pepperdine Anastasiia Grechkina and Alexia Harmon went 2-0 in doubles last week against Rice and No. 2 Texas A&M. They beat Divna Ratkovic and Nithesa Selvaraj of Rice 6-4, then beat Daria Smetannikov and Mia Kupres of Texas A&M 6-4. Two Waves doubles team have now won Conference Doubles Team of the Week on two occasions this season.
