SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Recording another pair of clean sheets, Soraya Souvanaphong from Saint Mary's won West Coast Conference Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. Kailee Wilson from Seattle U won West Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week after notching a five-point weekend.

Kailee Wilson collected a five-point weekend with two goals and an assist last weekend. She scored a goal and tallied an assist in the Redhawks' 4-0 shutout victory over Montana. She later scored her second goal of the weekend in a 1-1 draw against Simon Fraser. This is Seattle U's first weekly award this season.

Soraya Souvanaphong secured two more shutouts last week, helping Saint Mary's record four straight shutouts to open a season for the first time in program history. Souvanaphong has not allowed a goal in her first four collegiate starts. Last Thursday, she made a pair of saves in SMC's 3-0 win over UC Davis and last Sunday, she made three more saves in a 0-0 draw against No. 14 Georgetown. This is the Gaels' first weekly award this season.
