SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Midfielder Katie Piburn collected Seattle U’s third West Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week award – and her first – of the season after scoring a brace in a win over Cal Poly, while goalkeeper Ally Harrison picked up Santa Clara’s first Defensive Player of the Week honor of the year after recording two shutouts.

Katie Piburn scored a brace in Seattle U’s 2-0 win over Cal Poly on Saturday to lift Seattle U to a 6-3-2 record. Her 27th-minute goal was the first for the senior since her freshman season. Piburn – who has now scored three career goals – is the third different Redhawk to earn the Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week award in 2026.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – ALLY HARRISON, SO., GK – SANTA CLARA
Ally Harrison posted her fourth and fifth shutouts of the season, respectively, in Santa Clara’s 1-0 win at UTSA last Thursday and 0-0 draw at Texas State on Sunday. Against the Roadrunners, Harrison made five saves, while the sophomore tallied four saves against the Bobcats. Harrison leads the West Coast Conference with 36 saves and ranks seventh with a 0.95 goals-against average. This is the Broncos’ first conference defensive player of the week honor of the season.
