SAN BRUNO, Calif. – After scoring nine goals in two games over the weekend, Andrea Nuzzo of California Baptist earned this week's KAP7 West Coast Conference Men's Water Polo Player of the Week, announced by the Conference on Tuesday. Helping the Tigers defeat No. 7 San Jose State, Pacific's Kiss Gergely was announced as the KAP7 West Coast Conference Men's Water Polo Newcomer of the Week.
KAP7 WEST COAST CONFERENCE MEN'S WATER POLO PLAYER OF THE WEEK – ANDREA NUZZO, SO. – CALIFORNIA BAPTIST
California Baptist's Andrea Nuzzo helped the Lancers start conference play undefeated last weekend with wins against No. 8 Pepperdine and Air Force. Over the two games, Nuzzo posted nine goals, five assists, two steals and a field block. Nuzzo also garnered a goal in the first 25 seconds of the match against the Waves. This is Nuzzo and California Baptist's first conference accolade this season.

KAP7 WEST COAST CONFERENCE MEN'S WATER POLO NEWCOMER OF THE WEEK – KISS GERGELY, FR. – PACIFIC
Freshman goalie Kiss Gergely of Pacific tied a career high with 11 saves and a steal against San José State. In the 13-12 thrilling victory, Gergely also secured a .478 save percentage while playing all 32 minutes for the Tigers. This is Gergely's first and Pacific's third conference recognition this season.
