SAN BRUNO, Calif. – After scoring three goals against No. 12 California Baptist, Pacific's Petar Popovic earned the KAP7 West Coast Conference Men's Water Polo Player of the Week, announced by the Conference on Tuesday. After leading San José State in a victory against Air Force, Sam Keightley earned the KAP7 West Coast Conference Men's Water Polo Newcomer of the Week.
KAP7 WEST COAST CONFERENCE MEN'S WATER POLO PLAYER OF THE WEEK – PETAR POPOVIC, FR. – PACIFIC
Petar Popovic led the Tigers in a victory against California Baptist with three goals and three assists, while the freshman scored the first goal of the game. The win also clinched Pacific the West Coast Conference Regular Season Championship for the second year in a row. This is Popovic's first and Pacific's eighth conference honor.

Freshman Sam Keightley set a career high with five goals in the 14-9 victory over Air Force. Keightley took 11 shots in the match while no other Spartan had more than two goals in the game. This is Keightley and San José State's first weekly award recognition in 2025.
